Keegan Allen, who played Toby Cavanaugh on Pretty Little Liars, says he was robbed at gunpoint by two masked men and shared video of the aftermath on Instagram, Vulture reported. The attack took place in the parking lot of a Laurel Supply, according to the outlet.

What Allen said

In the clip, Allen looks bloodied and out of breath. He says two men struck him in the head, pointed a gun at him and ran off with his watch. He can be heard asking a bystander to phone the police. His caption, per Vulture, read "My life for a watch."

Allen also layered security-camera footage of the confrontation over his video, Vulture said. Fans and fellow actors, among them Amanda Cerny and Supernatural stars Genevieve Padalecki and Colin Ford, left messages of support in the comments.

Police response

Vulture reported that law enforcement and paramedics were said to have come to the scene and treated Allen for a cut on his head. He was not taken to a hospital. According to the outlet, police have not named the people responsible and have made no arrests.

Allen's next project

Allen's character on Pretty Little Liars survived the whole series despite several near misses. Vulture noted that Deadline recently announced he will star in Small Talk, a film about the late-'70s rock scene.

For now, the account rests on Allen's own video and caption plus Vulture's summary of the response. Nothing in the reporting says when, or whether, anyone will be identified.
